Nine-year-old Matthew Ross is a talented junior golfer. He also has autism, which prevents him from keeping his own score. Because Ross needs help tallying his strokes - assistance not afforded to other golfers - the Greater Tampa Junior Golf Association will not allow him to compete in official events.
