Dick Lundy (1898-1965) • Birthplace: Jacksonville • Status: Player/manager • Bio: New York Giants manager John McGraw, who often was quoted about the ability of African-American players near the turn of the 20th century, said "King" Lundy was the "best shortstop alive [in the early 1900s], except for Honus Wagner."
