Oliver Marcell (1895-1949) • Birthplace: Thibodaux, La. • Status: Player • Bio: Marcell, who was elected to the Louisiana Sports Hall of Fame in 1996, was named the top third baseman on the Pittsburgh Courier's 1952 all-time Negro Leagues team.
